However constant the human mind is it will always be lacking in its judgment of morality and values. The human mind or likely the American Dream human mind has us established on a set of believes that have been instilled into us since we began aculturalization at an early age. The values that we are taught by our parents (those of us who were taught by our parents) are overwriten by the American value of fairness, justice, "freedom" and fake equality. We are taught early on a natural set of ethics. Ones that though tainted by mother culture are natural and are derived from our natural mamalian behaviors. When we leave the nest of our mamal heritage; when we begin to be immersed by non parent aculturalition our ethics and values are overwritten by the state's ethics and values. It is much like a computer asking you if it is okay for it to overwrite a word document that has the same name i.e. "There is already a set of ethics in here, do you want to overwrite anyways?" Mother nature presses okay and so the aculturalization begins.

With the new set of morals some of us assume split personality of morality and ethics. The one that is most interesting is the self serving sense of fairness. Self serving fariness is the fairness that we identify as that fairness that takes the least from others and benefits us the most. In a way similar to people cutting cake at a birthday party we attempt to cut the equally sized pieces of cake for everyone but as progress the sizes become smaller by unnoticeable portions until we are left with our piece that is unnoticiably bigger than anyone else. That is fairness to an american.
